Job Description:

The Propane Department Call Center Customer Service Representative provides quality service to our customers in a timely and professional manner. Tasks include but are not limited to answering phones, use of Microsoft Office Products, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & outbound calls, up to but not limited to 80 calls per day
  • Process customer orders and dispatch orders
  • Apply customer payments via phone, internet or walk-in
  • Collections
  • Schedule service work through group calendar
  • Mass mailings

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • 2+ years customer service experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Must have filing and data entry experience
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
  • Sitting, bending, twisting
